Dr. Walter Hickman is a Texas Board Licensed Chiropractor.

Dr. Hickman is a graduate from Texas Chiropractic College and has had hundreds of hours of additional training in the Gonstead system of chiropractic evaluation and adjusting. The Gonstead technique is all about conservative treatment through a specific evaluation and precise corrections.

Dr. Hickman is very excited to announce the completion of a 220 hour course on animal chiropractic and passing the AVCA (American Veterinary Chiropractic Association) board exam. This certifies him to not only take care of humans, but their animals as well!

Dr. Hickman’s philosophy toward health is guided by the knowledge that our bodies are self-healing. Healing is controlled by the brain and nervous system. Stresses, strains and injuries can prevent your body from healing and communicating properly. The chiropractor’s job is to correct where the distress is occurring on your nervous system and to remove the cause of this stress, allowing your body to heal naturally without surgery or prescription drugs.

Mission Statement

Our mission is to listen to our patient’s health concerns and restore hope and confidence in our body’s ability to regulate and heal itself. We will relieve our patient’s discomfort in the shortest amount of time with as few office visits possible by performing a focused evaluation to determine the exact cause of their problem and precisely how to correct it. We will care for all patients like they are the only one on the schedule that day and strive to be that “light” in someone’s life throughout each and every day.
